Abstract:
Tapestry of woven wool with large image of swastika; black swastika on white circle at center on a background with a red field and a pattern of alternating and intertwining swastikas, border in two shades of tan framing the tapestry, short knot fringe hangs from bottom skirt, top edge folded over and stitched to itself so pole can be inserted for purposes of hanging the tapestry; possibly created for and displayed in Adolf Hitler's personal conference room at the "Braune Haus", the Nazi Party's headquarter building in Munich, Germany.
