I have reviewed your letter and the applicable law.
Until a court rules otherwise, Will Joneto t the contrary, not-
vithatandiAg, the procedure we presently follow makes the full
wording of Oach resoltuaon an integral part of the ainatos, even
though it may not be physically typed In on the page of the minutes
where it is referred to. The mere fact that t is kept in a separate
resolution book is perfectly proper and a procedure followed by many
administrative bodies. The same is true for maps, where they are
formally adopted and made a part of the official records, even though
the maps may not be physically placed in the tainutes.
The District should always be very careful, however, to be sure.
that the resolution and maps, if any, are kept in the permanent
files of the District so that they are always readily available
for inspection, review and copying, at any tine, in the same
manner as the text of the minutes.
