Fisheries
Problem: Marine and freshwater fish regulation and policies
are not consistent.
Proposed Solution:
Transfer the Marine Fisheries Commission, the Marine Patrol and
the Division of Marine Resources from DNR to the GFWFC by
statutory revision, without altering GFWFC's constitutional
status.
