Dear Buddy:

Plans for the Quarterly Meeting of the state's water management districts and
the Department of Environmental Regulation have been finalized. Enclosed
please find the meeting schedule and agenda, registration form and location map.
Your spouse or guest is welcome to attend part or all of the meeting activities
scheduled for March 25 and 26.

Although not noted on the enclosed meeting schedule, a breakfast meeting for
water management district Executive Directors, Governing Board Chairmen and
Board Counsels, and the Department of Environmental Regulation Secretary and
General Counsel will be held on Friday morning at 7:30 a.m. in meeting room East
A to discuss the Quarterly Meeting agenda.

fee to Dorothea Cole, Interagency Coordinator, by March 12, 1982.
