1. Water withdrawals in any area for consumptive use shall not exceed
the average annual water crop for that area.
2. Water withdrawals shall not be made in any area so as to cause
salt water encroachment or other degrading constituents to.
pollute the aquifers of the District.
3. Water withdrawals shall not be made to the extent that sinkhole
development in other similar and/or related land-surface
subsidence will result.
4. Water withdrawals from any property shall not be made to the extent
that water levels in wells in neighboring properties shall be
significantly lowered.

1. Water withdrawals for consumptive use from an area within the
District shall not exceed the water crop (precipitation minus
Sevapotranspiration) for that area.
2. Water withdrawals must not be made in any area so as to cause
(encroachment of) salt water or other degrading constituents to
pollute the fresh water of the aquifer(s) of the district.
3. Water withdrawals from any property shall not be made to the
extent that water levels in pumping wells on neighboring properties
are lowered below pump water levels in pumping wells on neighboring
property are lowered below pump intakes.
4. Water withdrawals shall not be made to the extent that sinkhole
development in other sisilar or related land surface
will result.
