Title: |
Miss Iolene A. Lund of Pensacola, a new O.T. student, is the recipient of a $200 career incentive grant from the Florida Society for crippled children and adults, inc. With Miss Lund are Bruce Thomason, Ph.D., Chairman of the education and training committee for the society who presented the grant and Miss Wilma Lindberg, assistant professor of O.T. in the College. Through it's Easter Seal program, the Florida Society supports 12 treatment and rehabilitation centers for direct service to crippled children and adults. Miss Lund is a junior who plans to work as an occupational Therapist in the state of Florida upon graduation |
