Santo Domingo Redoubt and Cubo


Dear Mr. Wilson

As you are aware, the City of SAugustine received a g -in-aid from the Florida
Department of State for 5300,000 in August of 1999 fr the reconstruction of the nto Domingo Redoubt and
Cubo Defense Line. Thereafter, the City solicited in firms in perfon architectural and engineering
services for the reconstruction. The City received faf (4) proposals from City staff ranked each
proposal and selected Ivey, Harris and Walls, Inc., a al architectural and en firm.
-Fmthwr e- e City would like involve all principal pares in the initial "Kick-of" meeting
scheduled for Thursday, May 4, 2000, 10:00 a located at City Hall, 4* Floor, City Manager's Office. The
principal parties include the City of St. A ugational Park Service and St. Johns County School District.
With your concurrence I would like to have Cand yourself, if possible, attend this meeting. If there
happens to be a conflict in the date and/or time, please advise immediately. For your convenience I have
