Dear David:
The referenced project has been completed in accordance with
the plans and specifications, the substantial completion
punch list items have been accomplished, and the Contractor
has submitted an executed affidavit of payment of debts and
claims. Please accept this letter as approval of final
payment to the Contractor. The date of final completion is
June 17, 1989.
