Inclosed is the signed copy of the DGS Selection Evaluation Form
for the referenced project. In my haste, I neglected to read
your memo carefully and as a result have signed in the wrong
place. I have therefore also inclosed a second copy which I have
signed in the appropriate spot and from which I'm sure you can
generate another original, if necessary.
It is my understanding that the next step in the process, after
final approval by DGS, is to have Mr. Shepard come to St.
Augustine for a conference call with your office to negotiate a
fee schedule for the work. I would be available for this purpose
any time except for the week of Dec. 21st. when I plan to be on leave.
