Correction of Life Safety Violations
Government House
St. Augustine, Florida
Dear Mr. Chandler:
By the time this letter reaches you you will probably have received your
copy of the executed Agreement on the above referenced project and your
notice to secure permits. As soon as you get your permits) please call
the Architect/Engineer who will contact me. I will then arrange to issue
you your Notice to Proceed with Construction which will establish the
official dates of the start and completion of construction per the
contract.
In anticipation that the permitting process will be deposed of promptly
with no hitches, I am scheduling an initial construction conference to be
held in the Board Room, Government House, St. Augustine on Friday, November
8, 1985 at 11:00 a.m. The purpose of this meeting is to afford us all an
opportunity of meeting each other and to answer questions and discuss
procedures and especially to set up the necessary coordination between the
contractor and the Using Agency or Institution.
Those copied with this letter are requested to attend this meeting.
