We hereby submit specifications and estimates for
security system.

Contact 10 (5pr) doors

Contact 14 (7pr) double windows

Trap crawl space access door.

Install one electronic siren
Inside East wing.

Tie in existing system to new 8 zone control.

Install one remote keypad "Command Center" for
total system control including:

Arming/Disarming
Switching Delay/Instant Mode
Activate Day Monitor Mode
Reset Smoke Detector Power
Activate Battery Test
Activate Police, Fire, and Medical Emergency
Individual Zone Shunting

Install one multi-zone master control with the
following features:

Exit-entry time delay
Total system and zone status
Standby power supply and recharger
Dynamic twenty-four hour battery load test
Memory of last alarm occurence
Fail-safe arming
Five stage lightning/transient protection

System will be monitored 24 hrs./ 7 days by a U.L.
Central Station.

This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted
within thirty days.


All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work
is to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to
standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from
above specifications involving extra costs will be
executed only upon written orders and will become an
extra charge over and above the estimate. All
agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays
beyond our control. Our workers are fully covered by
Workmen's Compensation Insurance.
