Dear Mrs. Vaill:

We wish to acknowledge receipt from you of your letter of
March 1st, advising that the Federated Garden Clubs of St.
Augustine voted to cancel their lease with the Trustees of
the Llambias House, and enclosing your copy of agreement
for lease.

I observe further that it is the desire of the Federated
Garden Clubs to obtain a reimbursement of the prorata part
of the unexpired insurance premium.

I will call a meeting of the members of the Trustees who
live in St. Augustine, and we will discuss it and then com-
municate with the out-of-town members. I am sure that the
Trustees will agree to the request of the Garden Clubs and
release them from the lease agreement.
