Mr. S. L. Pellicer
Chairman Board of Trustees
The Llambias House
St. Augustine, Florida

Garden Club of St. Augustine the members decided unanimously
to terminate their lease of the Llambias House. This de-
cision was made at a former meeting but at that time there

was taken with complete understanding upon the part of every
Inasmuch as the Garden Club had already
paid the insurance premium for a period of time which ex-
tends long beyond the Club's occupancy of the house, it
was thought that the Trustees would reimburse the Club
proportionately. Mrs. George D. Young, 10 Carrera Street,
is Treasurer of the Llambias House Fund and conaspondence
or conference with her will clarify amount paid and time
payment was made.
The Garden Club terminates its lease
with the secure feeling that the Trustees will make the
best possible use of the building on which so large a
proportion of the Club's funds have been spent.
