Dear Clint:
The enclosed material relates to the Restoration project
which I discussed briefly with you several days ago. It
consists of a letter from Mrs. Towers' accounting firm,
our reply to that letter and a copy of the grant letter
from Bob Williams with its pertinent attachments of fed-
eral conditions.
Point 2(a) in our letter to Mr. Milligan is a matter which
I failed to discuss with you. Perhaps a direct contact with
Mr. Milligan might be in order.
I certainly appreciate the help which you continue to provide
to us.
