3) The British Government granted (lot #2) Box Block to Samuel Grabousky, He died and

it was inherited by his wife Ann.

4) 1765 Moncrief Map shows the lot as property of Mr. Fish.

5) 1774-1785, Memorial of Ann Hrawbouski (sic).

To a loss sustained by her being deprived of a Town Lot situated in Spanish Street

and Town of St. Augustine in the Province of East Florida aforesaid known by the aMm-

ber Two in Box's Quarter bounded Westwardly on the said Street, Southwardly on the late

James Box Esq.R Eastwardly on George Rolfs and Northwardly on vacant land. The said Tow

Lot was granted to Samuel Hrabawski (sic), the late deceased Husband of your Memorialist

on the 7th. day of Aug.t 1771. Having now there-on Two very good dwelling Houses built

with stone and lime both of which are in proper Repairs with other out Buildings.

Map there is nothing on that place.
