SOAP WATEIL

Mr. OConner remarked chat once
whilst in conversation with De, Knox,
the Jatter told him that Wo was a
splendid thing to have suap water
runing down the gutter, New he
saw the police were proweruting vigor

te know whether boap water was
really a gout, bad or indifferent
thing ¥

De. Koaggs said ib wasa very good
thing for covcred tralns,

The Chairman said thedrains were

Mre O'Connor sald if It was merely
seap water he could not ace how ib

the soap

The Chahiman sald the suap water

the sewerage, Brom his own obser
