Dear Mr. Rolleston:

Before Preservation Board begins its use of the Rodriguez house, we would
like permission to do the following in order to make the structure more
feasible for our use in the restoration area:


install temporary partition across the main room.
install lock on double doors.
install Plexiglas window inserts in east and west windows.
install hard wire alarm system in southeast room.
install an air conditioning unit in east window.


Bob Steinbach recently noticed several structural defects that need to be
corrected before our occupancy:

(1) rot in ceiling joists in the southeast, northeast, and northwest
corners.
(2) roof leak in northeast corner.

As we do intend to move into the Rodriguez house in the near future, we
would gratefully appreciate your timely consideration.
