p. 499v. Decree of Oct. 2, Quesdda (Juan Nepomonceno de) at request of
creditors of the Hudsons having issued writ of execution and their
property being put up for sale, Matheo Guadarrama bid in two
houses of wood on St. Charles St., Aug. 17. Summons was issued
to Hudsons to turn over this and other property; not being heeded,
this document is deed to Guadarrama of said houses, bounded East
by Calle Real, W. by King's land and other lots, S. by Francisco
Sanchez and M. Iznardy, N. by Josef Fish, deceased, house now
occupied by widow of Joaquin Escalona. All rights in property
denied to Hudsons.

p. 160 v. Bond Oct. 25 Victoriana Guillen, wife of Antonio Fernandez
gives dowry to daughter about to marry Manuel Castilla consists
of two houses and lots, one of stone partly finished the other
completed, half stone and half wood. Both two stories, next to
each other, bounded E. by street leading from principal Guardhouse
to the land gate; S. by Francisco Sanchez and the lane between
the houses, W. by Gerard Forrester. The second house valued at
3,112 pesos, (Whole amount of dowry turned over the military
Monte Pio 60,000 reales).

deceased (to be buried in the habit of San Francisco 150 masses
for his soul 25 others for souls in purgatory 2 reales).
Declared he married in holy church Dofa Brigida G6mez, their
children named Ramona, Concepcion, Josefa, Laureana, Jose and
Manuela. Property 8,000 pesos, the house he lived in *ith fur-
niture, another on the same lot on St. Carlos St., another on
the street with its lot bounded north with that of Don Gabriel
Perpall, a lot contiguous to the above on the south part, a
house of wood and lot on the same street bounded on the South
by lot of Don Rafael Diaz West said St., another house of coquina
on the Plaza with lot on the North and East and South of the
Royal Hospital and lot; another in the same in a lane to the
back of the Hospital bounded by it on the North and that of
Bernardo Segul on the East, a ship named Concepcion and 2 negroes
named Maria and Ana. Declare I devise to the King 1,000 pesos

now in the Royal Treasury, 1,900 to Don Francisco Felipe Fatio
due on a simple receipt. Names administrators first his wife,
second Capt. Don Antonio Matanzas, third Don Jose Maria Gomez.

Bought by her deceased husband at the auction of John and Maria
Hudson's property, Oct. 2, 1790.
