About the Collection
The Historic Florida Buildings is a collection which includes photographs of historical houses in Fort Lauderdale and Gainesville. A document accompanies each photograph and explains the historical aspect of these houses and highlights at the same time the people who build them.
How to Find Information

on the main page, with Advanced Search, you can search for particular words, title, or authors that appear in the text by clicking the Search button
browse documents by Title by clicking the All Volumes button and by expanding the Historic Florida Buildings file
once a title has been chosen, browse the metadata by clicking the Citation button and clicking any of the 4 views (Standard, Marc, Metadata, History & Archives)
browse the interactive map by clicking the Map It button
browse Thumbnails by clicking the Thumbnail button
when on Page Image, click on page 2 to access the text document
