1) Provide improved support and satisfaction to Shands by implementing a new remote
support strategy in Customer Support and accomplishing important support and

Facility Network and/or Workstation implementation for seven major projects
(Rocky Point, Old PFS, Rehab, Clinical Trials Building, Health Professionals
Building, Medical Science Building, and ARB). In addition, we are renumbering
our complete network for Shands and Health Science Center to a new Internet
Class B license.
2) Provide new access to clinical information and functionality over the Web. These
system enhancements are provided by creating software shells around our legacy
vendor products. This allows for the continued success of the base product but allows
flexibility to integrate and develop new functionality.
