Subject: Hispanic Awareness Day

Saturday, Oct. 9, Sister Cities Association of St. Augustine in cooperation with the City
of St. Augustine will celebrate Hispanic Awareness Day. Many of the activities will be held on
St. George Street and many others will be held in the courtyard (backyard) of our store at the
Arrivas House. We have already spoken with Mr. Cubbedge about this but please check with him
to be sure everything is ok.
We nee the following:
4 large garbage cans located in different corners of the courtyard 9i1' fd 7XT ~9 P V //ft /W
spot lights in the backyard by the bar, underneath the vineyard and by the orchestra
platform
a passageway or gate between the Spanish Bakery east eating area and our courtyard.
(The gate located behind the Spanish Bakery cook house is really not accessible. I will
