Dear James:

This letter is to inform you that based on your company's bid you have
been awarded the porch repair job at the Arrivas House. As explained to you in the bid
opening the City of St. Augustine will require a performance bond for the job. As soon
as you can drop off the bond we will issue you a purchase order for the work. Please
remember you will need to contact Sandy Merryman in the Planning and Building
Department to fill out the necessary paperwork for the building permit. The permit will
be issued at no cost. Roxanne Horvath will be in touch with you to arrange a
preconstruction meeting.
