The Caribbean Community Secretariat is in-
viting applications from persons with suitable
qualifications and experience to fill the vacant
post of Education Officer.
2. Appointment may be on a permanent
basis or on secondment from the Public Service
of a Member Siate of the Caribbean Coimmunity
with salary in the scale G$1,495 X $71 $1,779
a month and house allowance at the rate of
$271.25 a month, both tax free.

4. The closing date for receipt of applica-

1. Tenders are invited from suitably quali-
fied manufacturers for the supply of one
prefabricated all steel modular building
of 5,000 square feet in area measuring
100' X 50'.
2. Specificatii'ns are available from the
Manager. The Development and Finance
Corporal lion, P.O. Box 249, Basseterre,
St. Kitts West Indies.
3. Only manufacturers or suppliers whose
principal place of business is in o'ne of
the following countries is eligible to
tender:-
(a) Regional member countries of the
Caribbean Development B a n k
(C.D.B.) i.e., Antigua, Bahamas,
Barbados, Belize, British Virgin
Islands, Cayman Islands, Colum-
bia, Dominica, Grenada, Jamaica,
Guyana, Montserrat, St. Kitis-
Nevis-Anguilla, Turks and Caicos
Islands, Trinidad and Tobago, and
Venezuela.

AID TO PIONEER INDUSTRIES (MANUFACTURE OF MOPS
AND BROOMS) ORDER, 1976.
(Gazetted 24th August, 1976).
1. Short title. This Order may be cited as the Aid to Pioneer Industries
(Manufacture of Mops and Brooms) Order, 1976.
2. Declaration. The establishment, maintenance and operation in the
State of manufacturing plant for the manufacture of mops and brooms is hereby
declared to be a Pioneer Industry for the purposes of the Aid to Pioneer
Industries Ordinance, 1952, and mops and brooms so manufactured are declared
to be pioneer products for the said purposes.
Made by the Governor under section 3(1) of the Aid to Pioneer Industries
Ordinance, 1952 (No. 2 of 1952) this 20th day of August 1976.

(Gazetted 24th August, 1976).
1. Short title. This Order may be cited as the Aid to Pioneer Industries
(Manufacture of Rubber Mats) Order, 1976.
2. Declaration. The establishment, maintenance and operation in the
State of manufacturing plant for the manufacture of rubber mats is hereby
declared to be a Pioneer Industry for the purpose of the Aid to Pioneer
Industries Ordinance, 1952,.and rubber mats so manufactured are declared to
