AID' TO PIONEER INDUSTRIES ORDINANCE, 1952.
NOTICE
In accordance with the provisions of sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the Aid to Pioneer
Industries Ordinance, 1952, notice is hereby given that subject to the consideration of any
objections which may be received by him pursuant to this Notice, the Governor proposes under
sab-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Ordinance to make an Order in the form set out in the
Schedule hereto.
2. Any person who objects to the making of such Order is hereby invited to give notice
in writing of his objection and of the grounds on which he relies in support thereof to the
Secretary to the Cabinet at the Premier's Office in Kingstown, on or before the 31st day of
May 1976.

1. Short title. This

2. Declaration. The establishment, maintenance and operation in the State of plant for
the manufacture of corrugated galvanized iron is hereby declared to be a Pioneer Industry
for the purposes of the Aid to Pioneer Industries Ordinance, 1952, and corrugated galvanised
iron so manuLactured is declared to be a pioneer product for the said purposes.
Made by Cabinet under section 3(1) of the Aid to Pioneer Industries Ordinance,
(No. 5 of li52) this 5th day of May 1976.

SUPPLIES (CONTROL) (EXPORT LICENCE FEES) (AMENDMENT)
REGULATIONS, 1976.
(Gazetted 11th May, 1976).
1. Citation and Commencement. These Regulations may be cited as the
Supplies (Control) (Export Licence Fees) (Amendment) Regulations. 1976, and
shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 16th February, 1976.
2. Amendment to the Schedule to the Supplies (Control) (Export Licence
Fees) Regulations, 1976. The Schedule to the Supplies (Control) (Export
Licence Fees) Regulations, 1976 (No. 17 of 1976) is hereby amended-
(a) by the insertion of a bracket immediately after the word "lobsters";
(b) by the insertoin of the following new item-
6. Coconuts 1 2 cents each

(Manufacture of Macaroni and Macaroni Products) Order, i976.
2. Declaration. The establishment, maintenance and operation in the
State of a factory for the manufacture of macaroni and macaroni products is
hereby declared to be a Pioneer Industry for the purposes of the Aid to Pioneer
Industries Ordinance, 1952, and macaroni products so manufactured are declared
to be pioneer products for the said purposes.
