1974, No. 29.

BY THE GOVERNOR
A PROCLAMATION.

RUPERT G. JOHN,
Governor.

WHEREAS by sub section (1) of section 47 of the Constitution of Saint
Vincentset out in Schedule 2 to the Saint Vincent Constitution Order, 1969,
it is provided that each session of Parliament shall be held at such place within
Saint Vincent and shall begin at such time as the Governor shall appoint by
Proclamation.
AND WHEREAS on the 23rd day of August, 1974, the Governor's Deputy
on my behalf issued a Proclamation that a session of the said Parliament
would be held te Court House, Kingstowlr and would begin on Thursday
the 5th d a qt Spt r, 1974, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon.
R deemed expedient that the said Proclamation be
revo d that Parli continue prorogued.
i HUPERT GODFREY JOHN, Governor as afore-
said, ex s rs conferred upon me by section 47(1) of the
said titution of Sa ncent, do hereby revoke the said Proclamation
and e that P t shall stand prorogued until further notice.

nine hundred and seventy-four and in the Twenty-third year of the
