THE MONEY LENDING (ST. VINCENT HOUSING FINANCE COMPANY
LIMITED) ORDER, 1970.
(Gazetted 19th October, 1970).
1. Short title. This Order may be cited as the Money Lending (St. Vin-
cent Housing Finance Company Limited) Order. 1970.
2. Exemption. In exercise of powers vested in the Minister of Finance
under section 11 of the Money Lending Ordinance, Cap. 105, as from time to
time amended, it is hereby ordered that nothing contained in sections 2, 3, 4
and 7 of the said Money Lending Ordinance, Cap. 105, shall apply to any loan
of money or any agreement or security in respect of money lent to any person
in St. Vincent by Saint Vincent Housing Finance Company Limited, which
loan agreement or security is in accordance with the provisions of an Agree-
ment dated the 19th day of October, 1970, and made between the Government of
Saint Vincent of the first part, Commonwealth Development Corporation of
the Second part and Saint Vincent Housing Finance Company Limited of the
third part.
Made by the Minister of Finance, this 19th day of October, 1970.
