of Finance leaves St. Vincent on Sunday 14th September, 1969
for Canada on official duties.

Consequent on the absence from the Territory of the Honour-
able R. MILTON CATO, Chief Minister/Minister of Finance, the
Honourable S. E. SLATER, Minister for Home Affairs, has been
appointed to act as Chief Minister/Minister of Finance in con-
junction with his substantive duties with effect from 14th Sep-
tember, 1969 and until further notice.
