THREE (3) AGRICULTURAL INSTRUCTORS,
MINISTRY OF TRADE, PRODUCTION,
LABOUR AND TOURISM.
1. Applications are invited from
suitably qualified persons for the above
vacant posts. One of the successful
candidates will be expected to serve
in Canouan and applicants should in-
dicate whether they are willing to
serve there.
2. The appointment is pensionable
and will be for a probationary period
of two (2) years in the first instance.
Salary is in the scale $1,392 X $84-
$1,560 X $96-$2,040 X $120-$2,880.
Travelling allowance is payable.
3. Applicants who have passes in
Botany or Biology, Chemistry, Math-
ematics and English Language at
G.C.E. '0' level, or better still at 'A'
level will be given preference.

PAYMENT OF SALARIES FOR
DECEMBER, 1968
it is hereby notified that salaries and
other allowances, payable to Govern-
nient Employees during the month of
December, 1968, will be paid at
the Treasury, Kingstown, or District
Revenue Offices, on Friday, 20th De-
cember, 1968.
PAYMENT OF PENSIONS AND
ALLOWANCES FOR DECEMBER,
1968.
All allowances payable to Pension-
ers from funds of the Territory, in
respect of the month of December,
1968, will be paid at the Treasury,
Kingstown, or District Revenue Offices
on Monday, 23rd December, 1968.
PAYMENT OF CLAIMS FOR
DECEMBER, 1968.
Contractors, Merchants and all other
persons having claims against the
Government of St. Vincent are hereby
requested to forward such claims to
the Government Departments con-
cerned on or before the 15th day of
December, 1968 in order to ensure the
payment thereof before the close of the
current financial year at 31st Decem-
ber.
2. Similarly, all persons indebted to
the Government of St. Vincent for
goods supplied or services rendered
are hereby requested to settle these
accounts on or before the 31st Decem-
ber, 1968.

PUBLIC PROCESSIONS (PROHIBITION) ORDER.
(Gazetted 3rd December, 1968.)
1. Short title. This Order may be cited as the Public Processions
(Prohibition) Order, 1968.
2. Prohibition. Subject to the provi ion ; hereinafter contained, no public
processions shall be held in the Towns of Kingstown, Calliaqua, Georgetown,
Layou, Chateaubetair, and Barrouallie or in the Villages and Districts of
Rose Hall, Fitz Hughes, Sandy Bay, Vermont, Marriaqua, Greggs, Lowmans
(Windward), Diamonds, Camden Park, Stubbs, Belair, South Rivers, Park
Hill, Victoria Village, Troumaca, Biabou and Arnos Vale between the 3rd
day of December, 1968, and the 2nd day of February, 1969.
3. Application. This Order shall not apply to funeral processions.
Made by the Administrator in Council under section 5 (2) of the Public
Order Ordinance, 1951 (No. 27 of 1951) this 3rd day of December, 1968.
