threatening or approaching the Island, the following warnings will be given:-

1965, No. 24.


AID TO PIONEER INDUSTRIES (FRED JOHN De NOBRIGA)
(MANUFACTURE OF EDIBLE OILS) ORDER.

(Gazetted 28th September, 1965).


1. Short title. This Order may be cited as the Aid to Pioneer Industries
(Fred John De Nobriga) (Manufacture of Edible Oils) Order, 1965.
2. Declaration of Pioneer Manufacturer. Fred John De Nobriga carry-
ing on business under the Name Fred J. De Nobriga Limited, is hereby
declared a pioneer manufacturer for the purpose of the Aid to Pioneer In-
dustries Ordinance, 1952, in relation to the establishment, maintenance and
operation in the Colony a pioneer factory at Arnos Vale for the manufacture
of edible oils (by the Aid to Pioneer Industries) (Manufacture of Edible Oils,
Margarine and Stock Feeds) Order, 1965 (S.R. & O. 1965, No. 17) declared
to be a pioneer industry for the purposes of the Aid to Pioneer Industries
Ordinance, 1952 with effect from the 1st day of December, 1965, and the pro-
duction day in relation to the same shall be the 1st day of March, 1966.


Made by the Administrator in Council under section 4 of the Aid to
Pioneer Industries Ordinance, 1952 (No. 5 of 1952) this 21st day of September,
1965.
