GOVERNMENT NOTICE.
No. 146,
PUBLIC UTILITY UNDERTAEKINGS AND PUBLIC HEALTH
SERVICES ARBITRATION TRIBUNAL.
Under the provisions of section 3 of the Public Utility Undertakings and
Public Health Services Arbitration Ordinance, 1952 (No. 4 of 1952), the
Administrator has constituted a Public Utility Undertakings and Public Health
Services Arbitration Tribunal for the purpose of settling trade disputes which
cannot otherwise be determined.
The following persons will be tile three appointed members of the Tribunal
(section 4 of the Ordinance) :-

C. M. NonRRS, Esq.,
A. D. DITNCAN, Esq.
Under section 5 of the Ordinance the following panels of persons have
been constituted from which Members will be chosen by the Administrator
to represent employers and workers respectively at any sitting of the Tribunal:-

Superintendent of Public Works OSMOND DYCE, Esq.

NOTICE.



It has been reported to the Administrator that a trade dispute exists
between the Commercial Technical & Allied Workers Union, claiming to repre-
sent certain Scavengers of the Public Health Service, and the Public Health
Department. Under Section 4 of the Public Health Undertakings and Public
Health Services Arbitration Ordinance, 1952 (No. 4 of 1952) the Administrator
has accordingly constituted the following Tribunal to determine the dispute:-
