A PROCLAMATION.

Administrator.
WHEREAS it is enacted by section 45 of the Saint Vincent (Constitution)
Order in Council, 1959, that the Sessions of the Legislative Council shall be held
at such times and places as the Administrator may appoint by proclamation
published in the Gazette:
AND AVI'EREAS it is expedient that there should be a Session of the said
Legislative Council:
Now TmA'i:rol{E, I rlo, by virtue of the authority vested in me, summon the
Legislative Council of Saint Vincent to meet at the Court House, Kingstown,
at 10 of the clock in the forenoon on Thursday the 12th day of October, 1961, for
the despatch of public business:
AND the members of the said Legislative Council and all other Her Majesty's
Officers and loving subjects in the said Colony and all others whom it may con-
cern, are hereby required to take due notice hereof, and to give their ready
obedience accordingly.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the Colony of Saint Vincent,
at the Government Gffice in the said Colony this 5th day of October
One thousand nine huiulred and sixty-one and in the tenth year of the
Reign of Her Majesty QUEEN ELIZABETI TIE SECOND.
