FEDERAL PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION
Ik accordance with the provisions of Article 102 of the Federal Constitution His Excellency the Governor-General has appointed Dr. Hugh Springer, Registrar of the University College of the West Indies to be a temporary member of the Federal Public Service Commission with effect from the 15th October, 1960, for the duration of the period of absence on leave of Dr. Rawle Farley. y

APPOINTMENT ON TRANSFER TO THE FEDERAL PUBLIC SERVICE
His Excellency the Governor-General, after consultation with the Federal Public Service Commission, has been pleased to approve of the appointment, on transfer from the Service of the Government of Grenada, of Mr. W. R. E. Nanton to the post of Agricultural Survey Officer in the Federal Public Service with effect from 1st April, 1960, inclusive.

APPOINTMENT ON SECONDMENT TO THE FEDERAL PUBLIC SERVICE
His Excellency the Governor-General, after consultation with the Federal Public Service Commission, has been pleased to approve of the appointment, on secondment from the Government of Jamaica, of Mr. B. B. Powell to the post of Commercial Secretary in the Overseas Commission in the United Kingdom with effect from 11th October, 1960, inclusive.
