1964" CLIIATOLOGICAL REPORT FOR MONTICELLO, FLORIDA y 7 Young, A. M. Phillips and F. L. Heseltine


This report summarizes the weather data collected at the Big Bend Horticultural Laboratory for the calendar year 1964.

The cooperative weather bureau station is located three (3) miles

West of Monticello at an altitude of 148 feet.

Pages 2 through 7 list the daily temperatures, rainfall and soil temperatures (at a 4 inch level), for a 24 hour period ending 8:00 A.M. along with averages and departures from normal on a monthly basis.

Page 8 gives the hours of chilling, first freezing date of 1964, last freezing date of 1964, coldest date of 1964, warmest date of 1964, total rainfall for 1964, and heaviest 24 hour period of rainfall 1964.
