Gentlement

Keystone Park Civic Association is absolutely opposed to the issuance
of any new consumptive use permit to the City of Ste Petersburg for
its Section 21 Well Field, which would have the effect of increasing
the permitted water use or harvest from such field beyond that now
permitted.

We absolutely oppose any variances from the regulatory levels which
have been set by the Soutmlwest Florida Water Managemnt District and
we absolutely oppose increasing any variances to the City of St. Peters-
burg or to any other commercial user. We urge the Board to abolish
the use of permitted variances.
