Re: Water Management Rules Standardization
Dear Chuck:
The District acknowledges your letter dated September 17, 1976 to Donald
R. Feaster on the standardization of water management rules.
g The meting scheduled for (6 to determine further action
is fine. However, I am conua on what revisions the water management
districts are suppose to accomplish. It was y thought ht that each District
was to attempt to rearrange its respective rules under the comon titles
and headings discussed at the earlier meetings. You also mentioned changes
to Chapter 17-1 and 17-4, F.A.C. are items for discussion.
Under the circumstances, it would appear a need for clarification as to
what is expected from the parties attending the meeting on October 26,
1976. You amght want to set a date for submission of data prior to the
meeting in order to allow preparation of the parties for a more meaningful
meeting. Also, I assume that you will advise all interested parties of the
time and place of the meeting.
