Re: Consumptive Use Permit Hearings on March 24, 1975 for Jarvi,
La Monte Shimberg Corp.

Dear Myron:

As discussed on March 14, 1975, enclosed are the applications for permits
under Part 2 of the Rules and Regulations of this District. It is antici-
pated you will advise me who in your office will be the hearing officer
on these two matters scheduled for 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. respectively
on March 24, 1975 at the District Headquarters.

Also, you advise that the application by Mr. Bexley will be heard by the
Governing Board itself. I am, therefore, requesting a notice of cancell-
ation be sent out setting it down for March 24, 1975 and reschedule it for
a Governing Board meeting in April.
