Dear Mr. Stoker:

This is to confirm our telephone conversation of last week in
which we agreed that we would make a presentation to the Southwest
Florida Water Management District Board at its regular meeting on
March 12th. It is my understanding that we will be scheduled on the
agenda at 11:00 a.m. and that the item will be designated "Florida
Power & Light Presentation Long-Range Planning for DeSoto County
Site."

I would also like to take you up on your offer of having someone
meet us at the Hernando County Airport. We will arrive by Company
plane at approximately 10:00 a.m.

Please thank Don Feaster for his letter of February 14th, which
I received after my conversation with you.

Thank you for your help in this matter and I shall look forward
to seeing you on the 12th.
