I have read and reread our final report during the last few days.
On balance, we have made a very fine report ... a very
comprehensive one with many meaningful recommendations. I feel
good about the product. I am excited about the prospects for the
proposed legislation. I am proud to have been a part of it.

I have enjoyed working with each of you and sincerely hope we
shall have other opportunities to see each other. You are a great
group of people and I shall always treasure the friendships.
