I enjoyed our recent discussion and would be interested in
pursuing the matter still further. In addition, I plan to
talk to Mr. Lat Turner, Governing Board member from the
Manasota Basin, and Mr. Ronald Lambert, Governing Board member
from the Peace Basin. They have both expressed a keen
interest in the problem and a desire to arrive at reasonable
solutions.

I will be spending quite a bit of time in Tallahassee
during the next three weeks but come and go frequently. The
