It is presently my understanding that the following persons will be
in your office, pursuant to your suggestion, at 10:00 a.m. on November
26, 1974:

Mr. Vaughn is the only one who may not have received word of the
meeting, and I am trying to contact him now.

Central and Southern Florida Flood Control District is also wanting
to meet with those mentioned above and Don has asked that I try to
set up a meeting for the night of December 2 in Tallahassee. I still
have to do some coordinating with Mr. Vaughn and Mr. McAteer, however,
before we can confirm it.

I will be in contact with you as soon as things begin to shape up.
