Dear Myron and Buddy:

Our fiscal year 1975-76 budget includes state funds in the
District, Oklawaha and Waccassasa budgets under the Title of
Coordination of Transfers. Our records should reflect the
utilization of these funds whenever work is accomplished
in this area. If at all possible, please include in your monthly
billings a separate entry by fund for such work. The money for
Manasota is in the District budget but should be billed as
Manasota charges. The funds for Oklawaha and Waccassasa are
in the respective budgets and should be billed accordingly.
