Re: Adjustment of Basin Boundaries L .
Dear Mr., Bell:

Chapter 373 Florida Statutes, as amended, requires an adjustment
to the boundaries of the Southwest Florida Water Management District
and the boundaries of the Oklawaha, Withlacoochee and Waccasassa
Basins. The Basin adjustments are to be implemented by resolution
of the District Governing Board effective midnight September 30,1976
and will require changes in your tax rolls applicable to calendar
year 1976 ad valorem taxes.

Enclosed are maps and legal descriptions depicting the new Basin
boundaries applicable to your county. We request that your tax
rolls be adjusted accordingly and that we be advised of the
estimated date the adjustments will be completed.

Please advise if we can be of any assistance. If you desire we
will be. glad to assign personnel to your office to assist.

As in the past, 1976 taxes collected will be paid to the Southwest
Florida Water Management District.
