1. Placed a withdrawal limit on the Cosme-Odessa and
Section 21 Well Fields effective within 30 days of
the date the Board notifies the City that the Pasco
Well Field is in effective operation.
2. Required a deep observation well in the Pasco Well
Field and pumping tests.
3. Requires monthly reports (Pasco Well Field) for six
months and then quarterly.

emphasis on expediting evaluation of the water source.
Order 72-4 THE OPERATION BY PINELLAS COUNTY OF THE
ELDRIDGE-WILDE WELL FIELD IN PINELLAS COUNTY
AND HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
1. Requires Pinellas County to submit plans and speci-
fications within time periods ranging from 60 to
180 days for construction of observation wells and
a recording precipitation station; conduct pump
tests and submit monthly reports of progress toward
developing additional water supply sources.

irrigation of 25% of public grounds after
