14 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

15

16 *Section 1. Pursuant to Section 5 of Article XI of the

17 State Constitution, there shall be a special election on the

18 first Tuesday after the first Monday in November 1975 at which

19 there shall be submitted to the electors of Florida for approval

20 or rejection House Joint Resolution No. proposing the

21 repeal of Section 3 of Article VI of the State Constituti6n,

22 which prescribes the oath to be taken by all electors upon

23 registering.

24 Section 2. Publication of notice shall be in accordance

25 with Section 5 of Article XI of the State Constitution. The

26 special election shall be held as other special elections are

27 held.

28 Section 3. This act shall take effect upon becoming a

29 law, if passed by a three-fourth (3/4) vote of the membership

30 of each house.
