Dear Sonny:

I have read the resolution and letter from John Springstead
on behalf of the Sumter County Recreation and Water Conser-
vation and Control Authority.

I see no conflict with any expressed policies of SWFWMD and
join you in recommending to the Governing Board that it
consider the matter and pass an appropriate supporting
resolution. I would also recommend the Governing Board
authorize our staff to present testimony before the appropriate
legislative committees when the matter arises.
