This permit authorizes the permitee named above to withdraw a maximum
of 226,300,000 gallons of water per year. Withdrawals are authorized as
shown in the table below.

Further, the use of said water is restricted to the uses specified on
the application form. Any change in the use of said water will require a
modification of this permit.

In the event an emergency water shortage should be declared, the District
may alter, modify or declare to be inactive, all or parts of this permit. An
authorized District Representative may at any reasonable time enter the property
to inspect the facilities and may require that this permit be shown.
The applicant has agreed as follows: 1) That one of the original five (5)
wells be taken off production and converted into a continuous monitor well;
2) Copies of the monitor well data will be forwarded to the District on a
quarterly basis; 3) This Consumptive Use Permit may be granted only until
January 1, 1977; and 4) Hillsborough County contribute $15,000 to District ROMP
Program for 2 monitor wells in this area.
