ORDER

THIS CAUSE having come on for consideration on the

Hearing Officer's own motion, and a review of the pleadings

on file in this cause disclosing that Petitioner, West Coast

Regional Water Supply Authority, and Respondent, Southwest

Florida Water Management District, have resolved all disputed

issues of material fact existing between them, and that all

intervenors have voluntarily dismissed their requests to

participate in these proceedings as parties, it is

ORDERED:

1. Since there remain no disputed issues of

fact for determination in these proceedings, these cases

are hereby dismissed, the files of the Division of Administra-

tive Hearings CLOSED, and these cases remanded to the Southwest

Florida Water Management District for such further proceedings

as it may deem appropriate.
