THI AGREEMENT, made and entered into at Tallahassee, Florida, this 16thday

WHEREAS, the Secretary of State and the above named agency have examined Rule

and after careful consideration find that said rule is of such local or limited application as
to make its inclusion in the Florida Administrative Code, or any revision or supplement there-
of, impracticable, undesirable and unnecessary.
THEREFORE,' IT IS AGREED that such rule will not be published in the Florida
Administrative Code, and, as provided by Section 120.051, Florida Statutes, its exclusion there-
from shall not affect its validity or effectiveness.
