RE: Legislation Shreve Bill


It is my understanding that the Department of Natural
Resources has scheduled a series of hearings on the Water
Resources Act. Each of these is scheduled for 9:00 A.M.
at the following places and dates:

Tuesday, October 31 West Palm Beach
Thursday, November 2 Brooksville -. j.c. .,
Monday, November 6 Daytona Beach
Wednesday November 8 Lake City
Friday, November 10 Panama City.

I believe that the District should have someone in attendance
at each of these hearings to monitor the proceedings but
only to participate in thehhearings scheduled for Brooksville
on November 2.

I think you need to attend and participate in the hearing on
November 2. I will be on vacation through November 5 so
will not be able to attend.

the Board Room and SWF building in Brooksville.
