MEMORANDUM

TO: E.D. Vergara, Director, Department of Interagency Coordination

FROM: R.B. Haight, Chief, Surveying & Mapping Department

RE: District Boundary Legal Description

At your request we've checked the five District boundary legal descriptions
in the S.B. 1274 of 4/29/76, bearing the number 22-1363A-6 against those
of an earlier version, bearing the number 195-27-3-6, which we checked
on April 5, 1976.

We find the following:

1. Southwest Florida WMD

(a) Reference to Collier Co., portions of Lee Co. and that part of
Charlotte Co. not within the existing District boundary has been deleted.

(b) The remainder is identical.

2. South Florida WMD

(a) Identical, except that a portion of Orange Co. has been added
to the north end. This change is reflected in the description
beginning with the right half of Line 19, Page 18 and runs through
Line 10, Page 19.

3. St. Johns WMD

(a) Identical except for change noted in South Florida WMD above.
The change is in the line common to the two Districts.

4. Suwannee WMD

No change

5. Northwest WMD

No change

We have checked the latest legals against the marked up USGS map you
furnished us and find that the map reflects the changes indicated above.
This map is returned herewith.
